Thea Waldron
Originally from British Columbia, Canada, Thea now calls Australia home. Thea was admitted into the legal profession in 2022 and gained valuable experience working in corporate and commercial law. Thea’s background in civil litigation complements the advice she provides on employment law matters. Thea has appeared in the Federal Court of Australia, Federal Court of Appeal, Supreme Court of New South Wales and Local Court of New South Wales.
Thea’s passion for advocacy and human rights lead Thea to employment law. Thea works across varying employment law matters including unfair dismissal, general protections applications, sexual harassment, bullying and discrimination. Thea regularly provides advice on employment contracts and termination of employment (including redundancy and post-employment restraints).
Thea is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients by providing practical and effective legal solutions. Thea’s goal is to help clients achieve their objectives and exceed their expectations by delivering results that meet their unique needs.
Outside of work, Thea enjoys exploring NSW’s beautiful coastal beaches, kicking around a soccer ball, learning new languages and carving up the ski slopes on a bluebird day.
